Making A Purchase

By making a purchase you agree to the terms & conditions as specified below:

Browse our online store at www.fantazio.co.uk. When you see an item that is of interest click on the thumbnail to get more information. Next to each item there is a description of the product. We have tried our best to ensure that all descriptions are accurate at the time of entering that item into the catalogue.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract of sale yet exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email to confirm successful payment and notification of shipment. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, or where we are no longer able to supply a particular product due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Schedule

All our products are usually shipped by Royal Mail delivery using second class mail.  Some services may require the recipient to sign for the parcel. Please state if you require additional cost insurance or signed for service.

We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail collection available within 14 days of your order being received. During the normal course of business we will aim to have all items delivered within a 14 day timeframe. However, please note in busier times (such as Christmas)this turnaround time may increase - please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

If your order is time critical please email through your order to see if it is possible to make special arrangements.
Please note a signature is required on all Express Delivery & Special Delivery orders.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing an order please contact us via email.

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed notifying you of the delay and be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

Tax Charges

15% VAT is included in all prices on our website.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using secure 128 bit encryption.

Your Credit Card information is stored on secure Servers hosted by Mals Ecommerce. Your credit card information is kept separate from your personal details and at no time is your credit card information stored on any computer hard drive as plain text.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

 Right to Cancel

Under the Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel our agreement within seven days of the contract beginning (when we send you confirmation of shipping your order and a payment is charged to your credit card).

You must confirm in writing that you wish to cancel (you can do this via email).If you notify us that you wish to cancel before we have shipped your order, we will refund, in full, any charges made to your credit card.

If we have already shipped the order, you should upon receipt of the order return the full order to us. We reserve the right to recover delivery costs where cancellation has happened AFTER we have notified you of shipping the product.

The items should be in the same condition which you received them. Items should be complete packs, un-opened and unused.

You agree that in the circumstances where you have already taken receipt of the order, you will be liable for all cost of the items until we receive the items returned to us in their original condition. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when returning goods to us. We regret we cannot offer refunds on items that we do not receive back and there is no proof of postage.   You the customer agree to be liable for postage costs for returning items to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund, in full, the amount to the credit card to which the charge was originally made.

Special Orders

In these circumstances we will require payment before we order the product.  Because these are custom orders they no longer are covered by the 7 days right to cancel, if you choose to cancel a special order after payment has been taken a 10% charge will be made.   When ordering a product especially for you we will advise you by email the delivery times.  Sometimes the products may not be in manufacture which means there may be an extended delivery timescale, we will email you with this information and you may cancell your order with no charge in this circumstance.

 Returns

Items may be returned if faulty.  For items that are damaged or faulty we will:
1. Offer to replace the item at a cost to ourselves
2. Offer a full refund where the first option is not available.

We want our customers to be happy. If you require to return a product that is not faulty, please contact us to obtain a return code and instructions for the return.
We reserve the right to recover delivery costs and merchant service fees incurred, where returns are not due to a fault in the product.
